Real Estate Transactional and Leasing Attorney

Seeking a Real Estate Leasing Associate with experience to work complex retail and other types of leasing transactions. Must be well versed in drafting, reviewing, analyzing, revising and negotiating legal documents to include leases, ground leases, loan documents, and entity documents. This role has a potential path to partnership.

The candidate should have a minimum of 7 years experience (flexible one way or the other) with experience in a broad range of leasing matters, including:
– all aspects of Real Estate law
– specific experience in retail and commercial leasing
– knowledge of mortgage lending, survey and title experience, and entity formation and operation

Ideal candidate is collegial, thorough, organized, needs little supervision, hard-working, and eager to learn.
