Shelby’s background includes experience as an Account Manager for a leading global digital talent solutions firm where she provided digital and IT talent services to support Fortune 1000 organizations, along with early legal training through internships at her hometown’s Children’s Justice Center and the Summit County Attorney’s Office. She earned her undergraduate degree from California Polytechnic State University–San Luis Obispo and her Master of Legal Studies with a concentration in Employment Law at
Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
