Eileen joined The Advocates after having led senior-level executive searches for 11 years at Shirley Associates where she focused on placing top talent in some of California’s largest nonprofit organizations.

She brings more than 20 year’s experience in public relations, crisis communications, and investor relations. As a practice director and vice president at Hill & Knowlton, she collaborated closely with C-Suite executives as well as in-house and outside legal counsel in developing corporate strategies and tactics, specializing in the integration of financial and media communications.

Eileen will focus on assisting law firms in hiring talent that best aligns with each firm’s unique needs and culture, enabling a smooth transition process for both candidates and firms.
