She is a sales and training professional with over 25 years of experience in the staffing, fashion and hospitality industries. She is an accomplished professional in maximizing sales performance and human performance with the teams she works with.
Deborah has a proven ability to achieve dynamic results by leveraging her expertise to build long-lasting relationships that lead to employee engagement, performance, and retention, increased profitability and customer loyalty.
Her specialities include: training, curriculum development, operations, staff development, team building, business development, account management, financial management, public speaking, e-learning workshop design and facilitation.
Deborah started her career out in the hospitality industry as part of a new store opening team at Chevy’s Mexican restaurant. She then transitioned her career to the staffing industry, joining Office Specialists, who were later acquired by Randstad, as a National Learning Manager. Deborah spent 12 years with Randstad with 7 years in a training capacity, primarily focused on the west markets and 5 years in branch management in the NY and Long Island markets.
In 2007, Deborah took some time off to raise her family. In 2011, she re-entered the workforce, starting her men’s custom menswear business with J.Hilburn. She has built a top performing team and was awarded the “Spirit of J.Hilburn” award in 2018, a peer nominated award, for her role in growing the brand.
