Dana Hale is the Training & Development Director for The Advocates and brings 7 years of recruiting and management experience to the team. Prior to joining The Advocates, she was the Midwest regional manager of a national recruitment firm where she trained and supported both internal and external employees. During this time, she maximized her team’s sales performance as the company went public.

Dana is passionate about helping others learn, grow, and improve in their careers. She believes if she is not helping others achieve their goals, then she’s not achieving hers.

Dana grew up in the southwest suburbs of Chicago and attended Bradley University where she received her Bachelor of Science in Advertising with an emphasis in Marketing and a Minor in Psychology.
