Before joining The Advocate’s, he played a crucial role in global information technology recruitment, consistently exceeding expectations and driving growth, performance, profitability, and customer relations.

Apart from his professional achievements, Caston has a remarkable athletic background. He attended Colorado State University on a full athletic scholarship, competing as a decathlete in track and field. His commitment to excellence was evident as he secured the conference championship in the high jump, showcasing his leadership skills and his dedication and success in sports.

Beyond the boardroom and track, Caston is a proud father of four—twin daughters, a son, and a cherished baby girl. His roots in Aurora, Colorado, and his academic achievements, including a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Organizational Psychology, make him a versatile and invaluable asset to The Advocates' team.
