Andrew Kirlin joined The Advocates after 8+ years of sales and consulting experience within several professional services firms. Most recently, he was with Thomson Reuters in their FindLaw division, helping law firms develop digital marketing strategies to grow and scale their practice.

As a search consultant, Andrew brings passion and enthusiasm towards helping both his clients and candidates achieve their goals. He understands how operational challenges can affect a growing law firm and will work to be a problem solver for his clients and individuals alike.

Andrew grew up in Doylestown, Pennsylvania and attended Ursinus College where he received his bachelors of science in Health & Exercise Physiology. While attending Ursinus, he was a four-year letter winner for the men's lacrosse program. He continues to stay active within the local lacrosse community by coaching at the youth and high school level.
