Amanda joined The Advocates after 15 years of high-level head coaching. Prior to her joining our team, she was the head softball coach for Penn State University and brings a wealth of knowledge in recruiting, management, and leadership.

As a search consultant, she will use her past experience to ensure the right fit for the candidate and firm. Having built many teams, she understands the impact and importance a positive culture can bring to any organization.

Amanda graduated from the University of Nebraska at Omaha with a Bachelor of Science in Family Science. She played softball for UNO where she was an All-American.
