Pat joined The Advocates in 2020 after relocating to the Denver area. Prior to joining, he was responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process for one of the largest industrial staffing agencies in the greater Seattle area. He chose The Advocates family because of their appreciation for taking the time to identify top tier candidates through their innovative screening/interviewing process and the hiring philosophy of quality over quantity.
Pat focuses on the temporary, temp to hire and contract hiring side of The Advocates. He enjoys being able to work with clients and candidates in order to achieve common goals. His personal mantra of "hustle, don't hurry" fits in well with the company culture as well as his other passions in life.
Pat earned his Master's degree in Sport Administration from Gonzaga University, and spends his evenings in the fall officiating high-school football. He has been involved in officiating since he started working the chain gang as a high-schooler, and has a unique passion for being involved in that side of the sport. His calm demeanor required for officiating carries over and helps him thrive in many aspects of his life, including the recruiting world.
