Christina Costabile is a Search Consultant and focuses on the temporary, temp to hire and contract hiring side of The Advocates. She brings 10+ years of senior administrative and customer service experience to the team. Prior to joining The Advocates, she was working as a Domestic Relations Paralegal for a small firm in Denver. During this time she began to learn more about the legal system and gain a better understanding of how firms operate and interact with their clients.

Christina also has experience working abroad in Europe with NOUSdigital where she learned to fine-tune her abilities to sustain clear, concise communications and interactions with a diverse team and to build quality relationships in fast-paced environments.

She has a B.F.A. from Arizona State University, and attended courses at Lesley University for Intercultural Relations. After university, she was a gallery developer at galleries in Phoenix, Seattle, Philadelphia, and also worked for photographer John Field in Colorado.
