Steve Franzen joined The Advocates and Targeted Legal Staffing Solutions as a Managing Director after a 25+ year career with a leading global search and staffing services provider. Steve will be responsible for The Advocates’ major accounts and will be primarily focused on Colorado, southwest and west regions.

During his time at Allegis Group (the world’s 4th largest global talent solutions companies), Steve helped build several of their specialized divisions, beginning as a recruiter and working in account management and then senior leadership roles. He relocated 5 times to open and develop new markets and service offerings, but regardless of his various levels of responsibility through the years, he considers himself a lifetime recruiter at heart. His last assignment before taking an early retirement in 2019 was to integrate and help lead two acquired executive search services firms into the Allegis Group family of companies, one being the largest legal search firm in the world.
