The Advocates is a search, staffing and consulting firm for clients requiring
legal professionals and their services. Our mission is four-fold:
- To improve efficiency and accuracy in the delivery of specialized
legal professionals and services for our clients, helping them capture additional
revenue streams and save resources when requiring top caliber, targeted legal
professionals.
- To help our clients improve productivity by reducing employee
turnover through our unique screening processes and by providing access to candidates
they would not have access to in a significantly shorter time frame.
- To provide clients and candidates access to information they
would not enjoy without the benefit of our network, our unique recruiting and
screening efforts and our extensive industry research.
- To be true Advocates for the legal professionals we represent,
enabling them to achieve greater flexibility and freedom in pursuing their craft.
We are a career resource. Due to our market and industry knowledge, our unique
client discovery process and the time and care we spend getting to know our candidates,
we become more than simply a recruiter.
