2. Contract/Flex Staff: When you work with any of our legal professionals on a contingent basis, our guarantee is even simpler: If you are unsatisfied with our person for any reason, you don't pay.
   
   
3. Time Savings: We guarantee you that we will send only true finalists for your open positions. Once you meet with an Advocate, you will only interview three candidates, maximum. Beyond three, we pay your billable time per hour.*
